Membership Agreement

1. Parties and Subject

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between Magna Dijital Strateji Pazarlama Reklam Ajansı ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Magna Dijital" or "Service Provider") and the natural or legal person who becomes a member of the AI Analyzer platform ("Member").

This Agreement governs the terms of use of the AI Analyzer platform and the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The AI Analyzer web application and all related services
• Member: The user who registers on the platform and benefits from the service
• Service: Brand visibility analysis and reporting on AI language models
• Content: Reports, analyses and data created on the platform

3. Membership and Account

To become a member of the platform, the following conditions must be met:

• Being at least 18 years old or acting as an authorized representative on behalf of a legal entity
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information on the registration form
• Accepting this Agreement and the privacy policy

The Member is responsible for account security and all transactions carried out through their account. In case of unauthorized access, notification must be made immediately to info@magnadijital.com.tr.

4. Scope of Service and Terms of Use

AI Analyzer is a B2B SaaS service that analyzes brand visibility on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Google AI Overview. The Member agrees to use the platform only for lawful purposes and undertakes not to perform the following actions:

• Uploading software, viruses or malicious code that could harm the platform
• Performing unauthorized data collection, scraping or automated querying
• Attempting to access another person's account or data without permission
• Creating excessive load that would disrupt the normal operation of the platform

5. Intellectual Property

The platform infrastructure, software, design and content belong to Magna Dijital and are protected by copyright legislation. The analyses and reports created by the Member belong to the Member; however, Magna Dijital may use this data in anonymized form for service development purposes.

6. Pricing and Payment

The platform operates on a subscription-based pricing model. The current price plans are published within the platform. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.

7. Termination of the Agreement

Both parties may terminate this Agreement. Termination by the Member is carried out by creating a cancellation request from account settings or by written notice to info@magnadijital.com.tr. Magna Dijital may suspend or terminate the account upon detecting behavior contrary to the terms of the Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Magna Dijital does not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted and error-free; however, it undertakes to take reasonable technical measures. No liability is accepted in cases of force majeure.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
