Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to the AI Analyzer subscription services offered by Magna Dijital Strateji Pazarlama Reklam Ajansı ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Magna Dijital"). By purchasing the service, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription in the following ways:

• By using the "Cancel Subscription" option in the account settings within the platform
• By sending a written request to info@magnadijital.com.tr

Your cancellation request takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account continues to use the active plan features until the end of the period; at the end of the period it is moved to the free plan.

3. Refund Conditions

Since AI Analyzer subscription services are of a digital content nature, the following conditions apply:

• First purchase: If you have not used the service at all (zero analysis queries) within 7 days of the payment date, you may request a full refund.
• After service usage begins: The right to a refund ends the moment the service starts being used; this is assessed under Article 49/3 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
• Technical failure: A proportional refund may be made for the days you were unable to use the service due to a technical issue caused by Magna Dijital. This is reviewed upon your application.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to info@magnadijital.com.tr.
2. Include your registered email address, your order/invoice number and your reason for the refund.
3. Your request is reviewed within 5 business days and you are informed.
4. Approved refunds are completed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Users who purchase an annual subscription may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date, provided they have not used the service. No refund is made after 14 days or after service usage begins; however, the subscription can be cancelled for the remaining period while keeping the service available for that period.
