Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer (Consumer / User)

The natural or legal person who becomes a member of the platform and completes the purchase.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement sets out the rights and obligations regarding the Buyer's purchase of the subscription plan selected through the AI Analyzer platform. The Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Features of the Service

The service subject to sale is the digital subscription service provided through the AI Analyzer platform:

• Brand visibility analysis on ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Google AI Overview platforms
• Reporting within daily and monthly query limits
• Project tracking and trend analysis features
• Number of projects and users that varies according to the selected plan

4. Price and Payment

The service fee is shown on the payment page in TRY and/or USD. Prices including VAT are stated on the relevant page. Payment is made the moment the purchase is confirmed. Valid payment methods are credit/debit card and bank transfer/EFT. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the beginning of each period.

5. Performance of the Service

After the payment is confirmed, the subscription plan is immediately assigned to your account and you can begin using the service. Due to the nature of the digital service, delivery is carried out through online platform access.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 49/3 of Law No. 6502; for digital content and services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the consumer's consent. The right of withdrawal ends after payment is completed and the service is activated on the platform.

However, if the service has not yet been used (zero analysis queries), a full refund may be requested by written application within 7 days of the payment date. For details, please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy page.

7. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties shall first seek a settlement between themselves. If a settlement cannot be reached, an application may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits set by the T.R. Ministry of Trade, and to the Istanbul Consumer Courts where the limit is exceeded.

8. Entry into Force

This Agreement enters into force when the Buyer completes the purchase. The Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the agreement before payment.
