Commercial Electronic Message Consent

1. Scope and Purpose

This text contains the consent disclosure regarding commercial electronic messages to be sent by Magna Dijital Strateji Pazarlama Reklam Ajansı ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Magna Dijital") to AI Analyzer platform users.

Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, commercial electronic messages may only be sent to persons who have given prior consent.

2. Delivery Channels

Within the scope of your consent, commercial messages may be sent through the following channels:

• Electronic mail (email)
• Short message (SMS)
• In-platform notifications

3. Message Content

The commercial messages to be sent may cover the following topics:

• Product and service announcements regarding AI Analyzer
• Special campaigns, discounts and promotions
• Platform updates and new feature notifications
• Information regarding Magna Dijital services
• Event, webinar and training announcements

4. Withdrawal of Consent (Right to Refuse)

You can withdraw your consent free of charge at any time. To do so:

• You can click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each incoming email.
• You can update your notification preferences from your account settings.
• You can send an email with the content "I am withdrawing my commercial message consent" to info@magnadijital.com.tr.

Your refusal request is processed within 3 business days at the latest. After the refusal, only transactional/service notifications related to your account (invoices, password resets, etc.) may continue to be sent; these are not within the scope of commercial messages.

5. Legal Basis

This consent text has been prepared within the framework of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and the provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
